How to Replace the Filter on MedicAir Pro Mini Air Purifier?
Turn off and Unplug: Turn off the air purifier and unplug it from the power source.
Open the Back Panel: Pull the back latch gently to open the back of the unit.
Remove the Old Filter: Hold the tabs attached to the filter and carefully slide the filter out of the unit.
Insert the New Filter: Place the new filter inside, making sure it fits snugly.
Close the Back Panel: Put the back cover back on until it clicks securely.
Turn On the Air Purifier: Plug it back in and turn on the unit.
Reset the filter indicator: Press and hold the sleep/filter recalibration button or use the MedicAir app to reset
How often do I need to change the filter?
All MedicAir filters are built to last 6 to 12 months, depending on air quality and usage. When its life drops to 10%, your unit will alert you with a red flash. For convenience, sign up for our filter replacement subscription. You'll automatically receive a new filter every 9 months at a discount, ensuring your air stays clean.
How do I install MedicAir?
MedicAir is a plug-and-play unit, specifically designed for simplicity; it requires no specialised installation.
To install:
Remove the unit from the box, plug the power cable into the unit and a power socket; simply press the illuminated power button on the display panel on the top of the unit.
Is MedicAir a free-standing unit?
Yes, the MedicAir air purifier is a completely freestanding unit.
